Our services
We are a group of consummate professionals who have honed our craft to deliver world class services for our clients in commodities and supply chain management.
Collateral Management Agreements (CMA)
Collateral Management Agreements are formed between three parties: a borrower, lender and a collateral manager. These agreements entrust goods that have been pledged as security against a loan in the custody of collateral managers.
Genshore as collateral managers, store, control and ensure safety of the goods until the terms of the loan agreement have been met.
Collateral management agreements minimize the risk of lending and give borrowers access to the capital they need to effectively run and scale up their operations.
Stock Management Agreements (SMA)
Unlike CMA’s where the collateral managers take physical possession and responsibility over goods put up as collateral, Stock Management Agreements (SMA) simply have stock or inspection managers that monitor and conduct periodic inspection of the goods that remain on the premises of the borrower.
Genshore as stock managers, have oversight of and conduct on-the-spot goods inspection to ensure that goods match storage records. We also provide the lender with stock reports per agreed to schedules.
